The Grapevine Collective exists to support healing justice projects in South Minneapolis. We are a volunteer collective, and our rental pricing is designed to align with our purpose by only charging what is required to cover operating costs of the building (utilities, etc).

Communal Use Time Blocks

All communal spaces at New City Center are available for rent on a block schedule (rather than hourly). This helps to ensure that the spaces are efficiently used, and provides breathing room for event organizers. There are 4 bookable time blocks available for each space on any day.

Communal Use Rates

When you book a time slot, you pay a flat rate for that booking, depending on the space used, regardless of time of day.

Communal Use Day Rates

Organizations are also able to rent a communal space in the building for an entire day if needed (for retreats, craft fairs, etc). See the chart below to reference the cost of day long rentals.
